This handmade mushroom knife from Iris Hantverk is ideal for both picking and cleaning mushrooms. The knife has a grip-friendly handle and the brush is effective but soft. Beautiful foraging tools blur the boundary between our kitchens and the natural world. Not only do they serve as functional pieces of artisan kitchen decor; they also remind us of the feeling of digging through cool earth, reconnecting us to the origins of our food.

Iris Hantverk’s team is made up of 17 employees. The core of the business is the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – here 6 visually impaired craftsmen from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia. They too have a history strongly connected to the visual impairments movement.
