Shipping 

All US orders include a $10 flat rate ground shipping unless you live in the Portland area and choose In-Store Pick Up at checkout. We process each order within 1-4 days of receiving it. Please confirm your shipping address when checking out as we are unable to reroute packages once shipped. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is shipped.

Because we care about the environment, Hoppe Shoppe does its best to be environmentally friendly. We try to reuse the shipping materials that we receive from our wholesale orders and so sometimes you may receive packages with bubble wrap or mixed materials.  We encourage our customers to please recycle or reuse all shipping materials received.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we are only able to ship within the US and Canada. Orders going to Canada are subject to Canadian duties and customs fees. The shipping you pay at checkout covers the cost of ground shipping through FedEx. Please be aware that FedEx may reach out to you regarding additional import taxes.

In-Store Pick Up

If you live in the Portland, OR area you are able to choose in-store pick up at checkout. Please reach out to info@hoppeshoppe.com to schedule a pick up time.

 

Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchases at Hoppe Shoppe. If there is an issue with your order, please don't hesitate to reach out by emailing info@hoppeshoppe.com. All returns need to be made up to 30 days after the delivery date. Once the return is accepted, we will issue you a refund on the card you originally paid with minus the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable and the customer is responsible for the shipping costs of the return. The return needs to be unused and in the original packaging it was sent in. Please insure the return is packaged securely as we are not responsible for returns that arrive damaged.  We have the right to deny a return if it does not meet our return requirements.
