Baker brush by Iris Hantverk is made of birch and horse hair. Can be used to spread the flour evenly over the baking board, removes excess flour from the bread and clean the work surface. Since horsehair is heat resistant it can be used in the oven.

Iris Hantverk’s team is made up of 17 employees. The core of the business is the brush binding manufacturing at Sandsborgsvägen, Enskede – here 6 visually impaired craftsmen from different cultures make brushes according to an old Swedish tradition. They also work with visually impaired craftsmen in Estonia. They too have a history strongly connected to the visual impairments movement.
