A large oval tray with a coiled reed surface set within a brass frame, two square loop handles extending from either end. The reed is tightly coiled from the center outward in concentric rings, warm and dark with age, the brass frame and handles carrying a soft, even patina. The combination of natural material and polished metal is exactly the pairing that made this aesthetic so enduring.

The design is closely aligned with the work of Gabriella Crespi, the Italian designer known for her coiled reed and brass objects produced through the 1960s and 70s. Whether or not this tray carries her name, it carries the same sensibility.

Generous in scale and genuinely useful. On a coffee table, a dining table, or a console it holds its own completely.

The reed surface shows honest wear and some variation in color consistent with age. The brass handles and frame are solid and well-attached. The tray sits flat and stable.
