A vintage cast metal candlestick with an engraved leaf and floral motif running the full length of the stem, the cup, and across the scalloped base. The metal has darkened to a near-black patina with warm gold catching at the raised edges of the engraving, where the detail sits closest to the surface.

The form is classical and a little ornate, the kind of candlestick that looks like it has always been on a mantle somewhere. Solid and heavy in the hand, with the satisfying weight of something made to last.

There is honest wear to the finish at the base consistent with age. Holds a standard taper.
