A vintage carved marble bud vase with a round globe base and a tall narrow neck, turned from a single piece of white marble with fine grey veining running vertically through the stone. The veining is linear and close together, giving the surface a striated quality that reads almost like grain. The marble has a smooth matte finish throughout, cool and solid in hand.

The narrow neck holds a single stem well. The globe base gives it a settled, grounded presence on a surface. In excellent condition, no chips or damage. There is only one.
