A vintage stoneware vase, hand-built into a squared form with an irregular, organic rim. The surface is marbled in bold black and white, with a smoke-fired pattern that moves across the body like ink on paper, no two sides reading quite the same.

Works as a vase for a few graphic stems, a sculptural object on its own, or a striking piece grouped with other studio ceramics. In excellent condition, no chips or damage. No maker mark visible on the base. There is only one.
