A striking office’s knife, with a layered steel blade and a stunning cherry wood handle.  It suits almost any task in the kitchen, from cutting and slicing vegetables and fruit to carving meat and dicing herbs. Another design that draws on Sergio Herman’s passion for Japanese artistry, just like the other items in the Inku Collection. The emphasis for this knife set was on the material and the knives’ various uses.The knives are not dishwasher proof.
