A small vintage silverplate bud vase, no taller than 3 inches, with a deep and uneven patina that has moved well past silver into something warmer and more interesting. The silverplate has darkened over time to a rich mix of brown, pewter, and near-black, with lighter areas where the metal sits at the surface. Each vase in the collection has its own distinct form, from a ribbed squat body to a classic tapered urn to a rounded baluster, and each carries its own particular surface variation.

Small, collected, and entirely themselves. A single stem looks exactly right. So does an empty windowsill or a gathered grouping of two or three.

The silverplate shows honest wear consistent with age. Unmarked on the base. Each vase sits flat and stable.
