Candle Hat

$60.00

“Candles wearing Hats,” or the lids for KÓKILI candles is an eccentric and novel assemblage. The lid designs are inspired from various fashion, arts and architecture including Korean Celadons (Ceramic art known for its elegant, soft curves and smooth surfaces) and Indian Sultan Hats. This collection takes on a new approach to decorating the candles, displaying cultural elements in a subtle, playful and whimsical way.

They become multi-functional when reversed as trinket bowls, incense and tealight candle holders.

Each holder is one-of-a-kind, carved from a solid block of sustainably sourced Teak wood. The natural end grain reveals distinctive patterns and textures, ensuring no two pieces are ever alike. Crafted without joints, subtle imperfections—such as filled knots—are part of the wood’s organic character, adding depth and authenticity.
